Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
• Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• To ensure stock availability, please contact us before sending your item back.

How to Start a Return/Exchange:
Email us at trulycollections0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll send you next steps.

Refunds:
• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
